Terms and Conditions- Part Two

1. Introduction

Welcome to Revitalise Social. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you, the client.

2. Services Provided

We provide social media marketing, content creation, and management services tailored to your business needs. A detailed service scope will be provided before the project starts.

3. Payment Methods and Policies

You will receive an invoice with the correct bank account details for payment in GBP (£).

Payments are due on the agreed date. We will set a recurring payment date if applicable.

Late payments may result in paused services or termination of the agreement. We may also charge a late payment fee.

4. Service Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver work within the agreed timelines.

If delays happen due to the client, like late feedback or incomplete information, delivery dates may change. We still expect payment even if work is delayed because the client did not provide necessary information.

5. Non-Payment Clause

If payment is not received, we can pause or stop services immediately.

We also have the right to pursue legal action to recover outstanding payments, including using debt collection agencies or taking the case to court. Clients will be responsible for any additional costs, such as legal fees, court costs, or collection agency charges.

Content and materials created will remain our property until full payment is made.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policies

Deposits paid are non-refundable.

Clients are not entitled to a refund for any legal reason. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion if we believe it is appropriate.

We are entitled to issue refunds where we believe it is correct to do so, based on our assessment of the situation.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback for the completion of work.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client’s incomplete or late inputs. As mentioned already, we retain the right to ask for payment.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business and personal information confidential. We will not share this information with third parties without consent unless required by law.

9. Ownership of Content

All content created by Revitalise Social remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Clients are not allowed to alter, edit, or redistribute content without prior permission.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may rely on third-party tools. We are not responsible for any issues caused by these platforms.

11. Liability

We aim to provide accurate and effective services, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., increased sales or followers).

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients should review them periodically for updates.

13. Contact Information

14. Payment for Work Completed

In the event of termination of the agreement by the client, or if the client refuses to pay after work has been completed, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up until the point of termination or non-payment.

This includes any work completed prior to the client’s refusal or cessation of payment. The client acknowledges that payment is due for the work completed, even if the client does not fully utilise or implement the services provided.

If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe after termination, Revitalise Social reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount, including but not limited to debt collection, court proceedings, or any other legal methods available.

Clients will be responsible for any costs incurred during the recovery process, including but not limited to legal fees, court costs, and debt collection charges.

Additionally, if payment is not received after services have been completed, Revitalise Social has the right to retain ownership of all content, materials, or intellectual property until full payment is received.
